About our name…
You may be wondering about our name, Bit Perfection. In 2002, we started out as Door 2 Door Computer Services. Over time, we found that the name didn’t really communicate what we do.
The name Bit Perfection is based on the smallest possible unit of data — a Bit. From that 0 or 1, all computing and data storage begins. Eight bits make up a byte. A Kilobyte (KB) is 1000 bytes or 8000 bits. A Megabyte (MB) is 1 million bytes or 8 million bits. A Gigabyte (GB) is 1 billion bytes, and a Terabyte (TB) is a trillion bytes and so on.
It all begins with that first 0 or 1 (bit). For us, we strive for that level of detail and perfection when it comes to your managed IT services.
